Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT: 50% deposit must be paid before ProSolution LLC can order parts for your upcoming repair
DIAGNOSTIC service call: to be paid upon receipt; is waived ONLY when repair estimate is approved within 3 days of being sent
ESTIMATES: 50% deposit is due upon approval of an estimate; DIAGNOSTIC service call fee is waived ONLY if estimate is approved within 3 days after receipt
INVOICES: an invoice for 50% deposit due upon receipt will be sent out after each approved estimate
LATE PAYMENT: payments that are more than 30 days overdue will have a 10% late fee added to them.
NO-SHOW: customer no show is charged the full diagnostic fee: $115 for residential and $150 for commercial clients
NON-PAYMENT: all payments are due upon receipt unless specific arrangements have been made. All effort will be made to collect payment, including sending the overdue account to collections and filing with small claims court
USER-ERROR: repeat technician visits that turn out to be solely due to the customer not knowing how to use the appliance are charged the full diagnostic fee: $115 for residential and $150 for commercial clients
ProSolution LLC company is not responsible for cabinet, floor, counter damage or water leakage when repairing and removing your appliance by our technicians. 25% restocking fees on ordered parts, $35 fee for each returned check. Limited warranty: 30 days for parts, 30 days for labor. Warranty does not cover user not understanding how to use an appliance, light bulbs, refrigerator filters, Freon, fuses, self abuse, overloading, electrical power surges and flooding, not responsible for loss of food. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
